The Simple Version

1. Who Can Join? To use Hassa, you must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is 100% accurate. Your account is for you alone—please don’t share your login details.

2. What You Are Buying When you choose an Asset Tier (Bronze, Silver, or Gold), you are participating in a managed agricultural yield program. You are not buying physical land; you are buying a right to the profits generated by our high-tech “Pillars” (Aquaponics, IoT, and Solar).

3. How Returns Work

• The Target: While our facilities (TEMEL, HIZ, etc.) are engineered for maximum stability, agriculture involves biological assets. Returns are calculated based on real-world harvests.
• Withdrawals: You can request to withdraw your available yields at any time through the Hassa App. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days.

4. The Referral Bonus Varies, We reward you for growing the Hassa community. You earn an X% commission on the initial deposit of anyone who joins using your unique link. Misuse of this system (like creating fake accounts) will result in a permanent ban.

5. Our Responsibility We promise to maintain our “Climate-Shielded” infrastructure to the highest EU standards. However, Hassa is not responsible for losses caused by external market crashes, internet outages on your end, or incorrect wallet addresses provided by you.

6. Your Data We value your privacy as much as our crops. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data and will never sell your personal information to third parties.

7. Closing Your Account You stay because you want to. You can close your account at any time. Any remaining “Live Yield” will be settled according to the specific terms of your active Asset Tier.
